COLLEGE

1. will have TA and GA
2. you can drop your class
3. the lecture can became international lecture
4. the system of syllabus is not same as the school
5. you have be more responsible for your class and carrymark

SCHOOL

1. you will have GPA only 
2. the teacher will teach you until you understand 
3. fees
4. the schedule is already exist , and you have to follow 
5. you cant drop you classes because the ministry of education already set you syllabus
